Westbrook Farm is Lanark County’s only Artisanal chicken farmer and we take pride in practicing sustainable and ethical farming, ensuring our animals live with the highest quality of life. Having been frustrated with the quality of “big box” food we were feeding our family, we set out to become first-generation farmers and changed the way we ate. After experiencing what real food should taste like, we took on the responsibility to share it with our community.

    We love Westbrook Farm…I picked up oxtail and everyone was so pleased by the freshness and quality.  The flavour was wonderful compared to grocery store oxtail — definitely be back for more. This week it was stopping by to pick 8 lbs of chicken necks!  My sister in law was excited to see them, she said they look great!  I will be back with feedback on that adventure—not something I would typically eat.  She will be using them in chow mein, curry and also deep frying them…we shall see! It’s so nice to have a local farm close by! Thank you !
